1. Return Eligibility
You may return most unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in original packaging where applicable.

- Perishable goods, personalised items, and certain categories may be non-returnable
2. How to Request a Return
Contact our customer service with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a returns label or authorisation code.

3. Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank. Cash-on-delivery returns may be refunded via bank transfer or store credit as we advise.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
4. Consumer Rights (UK)
If you are in the United Kingdom, you have a legal right to reject faulty goods and get a full refund within 30 days. You may also be entitled to repair or replacement. For more information, see the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
For distance sales, you have a 14-day right to cancel and return most items without giving a reason, subject to the conditions above.
5. Consumer Rights (Pakistan)
Consumer protection laws in Pakistan may afford you rights in relation to defective goods. We aim to resolve complaints fairly and in line with our return policy and applicable law.
